My Dead Strawberry Plant Springs to Life Again

monk garden anne r tan Books

By all accounts this strawberry plant was dead when I got it last year. But I kept watering it, and like me, it got a second chance in life. And neither of us is wasting it. Wherever you are, and whatever you're doing, keep thriving.

For the first strawberry of the season from my garden, the kids and I had a ceremony where we sliced this little berry into 3 pieces. It was delicious!

Thanks for supporting my art,

Anne R. Tan

P.S. That’s my chicken coop in the background.
