Refund policy

All sales are final.

For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.

Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate digital item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded and notify us within 7 days of your order.

For physical goods - please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
