Drum Bridge featured in "Breezy Friends and Bodies"

I haven’t visited Drum Bridge in San Francisco’s Japanese Tea Garden in years. My husband and I kissed on the bridge over twenty years ago in our teens (one of the few romantic moments in our lives).

In Breezy Friends and Bodies, I decided to visit the bridge again. Raina met a man with a Napoleon complex on Drum Bridge to plan the capture of a local crime boss. Mr. Napoleon stood at the highest point so he could tower over her. Typically intimidation tactic.

Yeah, I turned a romantic memory into a creepy one. Do you have any happy memories that would make a good plot point in a mystery novel?

Thank you for supporting my art,
